Great but also has a few flaws
I think this product is accurately priced and works as intended minus one detail. Sometimes, depending on the mag, there is a problem with double feeding or one getting stuck in the chamber. Other than that it’s great!

Magpul Snap Caps in 5.56/223 Rem.
Need to work on your AR15 or Ruger Mini 14 in 223/5.56, well these Magpul Snap Caps are just the ticket. Solid and well built and will cycle in your weapon in your home safe and free of danger of accidental discharge. There are great when getting new magazines, testing them out and checking your firearm and magazine in safety. The only small issue i had is the over all length. They are at the max length and if you need to you can trim the tip but they will fit so just remember they are the max. length of a 5.56/223. They will jam...
These dummy rounds will almost certainly jam at some point. During charging, the plastic is soft enough to catch the feed ramps and jam a round in the upper. At best these dummy rounds are good for mag reloading practice.

Work same as live rounds without the bang. Excellent for testing your M-15 for loading (charging handle) and and bolt operation. Clip operation and ejection, all without worrying about using live rounds.

I am assembling an AR 15 M4 and needed dummy rounds to check magazine feed, bolt latch, etc. These are excellent quality, When I finally get this new rifle up and running, I'll slip one of these into a live magazine to simulate a bad round. This will enable me to test the charging handle, eject, and my own reaction skills. I would buy from this seller again; no problem.
