    Bangers and mash

    First time making sausages, these skins were excellent. Followed instructions on package and web site regarding soaking and filling and had no problems. Only had a plastic attachment on kitchen mincer but it worked well. Took a few turns to get the hang of it, then easy to fill without splitting.

    Sausage Casings

    This was my first time of making sausages and although I did a few things wrong while trying to get the desired affect, which produced lots of laughs, the end result was smashing. The sausages tasted lovely and the casings held the juices and flavour and weren't tough to eat. I made lamb sausages and I am going to order these casings again, but this time I know what to do!
