not on the tractor yet but it seems to be what is described, the problem is with the way it was sold, as price or best offer (price $15.75 and best offer as seen was $13, $14, and $15 dollars), offered all 3 and seller declined the first 2 and never responded to the 3rd, so basically it appeared to be more of a bait and switch, than a best offer sale, ordered the product but will never use this seller again, If the item is not truly a price or best offer sale then just post it as sold at price!!

Good stainless steel shaft collar. Precise bore and with SS set screw. Arrived on time, as described by seller. It is too bad that Ebay will no longer honor American Express Cards next month. Over the years I've spent $1,000's using AMEX, and PayPal, for long time but they did something stupid delaying small payment to vendor and was then I found out they prevent you from contacting them via phone. I sent them an email and they said they would respond in 24 - 48 hours. Not good & Ebay loses.

Okay, I was skeptical when I came across this beach fishing cart, identical to a Fish-n-Mate Sr. I thought the price was too good to be true, as it's well below similar carts. Let me tell you... the cart is EXACTLY as shown in the ad, including the balloon tires and the blue insert to keep everything in the cart. It was brand new, shipped fast, and you could not tell this cart from one that costs twice as much. I was very surprised and even more happy with the purchase! Highly recommend! A+
