Tire listed as "New"... and technically it maybe true to some extent, but tbf this tire was rough! Bottom of the conex container pile or something. The tire so deformed, and bead so bad it wouldn't seat on the rim. They wanted me to do some shady deal outside of eBay for he return shipping to get a "free tire"... BUT they conveniently "forgot" to send the return label. I don't have time for this, so I start the return, seller starts acting like scammers do when they are beat-Waste of time is all
