Very strong
Looked at a lot of phone case/carriers and the one thing they all had in common was a plastic belt clip. I don't care how thick or what kind of plastic is used, it's gonna fail and there's a real potential to loose a very expensive phone. This one is different with a large riveted stainless plate attached to the case and a stainless belt clip that attaches to it. Turning the case 180* from vertical allows you to detach the case from the belt clip. One would be hard pressed to pull this apart during any activity I can think of and being a heavy equipment mechanic, I put mine to the test. There's nothing fancy about this case, it's plane and simple bonded leather over I believe some other product for strength and rigidity. Oh and in spite of the very strong stainless attachment mechanism, the case carries close and low with almost all of it below the top of your belt. This case could have been made from harness leather, but would probably cost four times as much. Bottom line, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
