    Both the photo and the description state it would be holding flowerS. Not one, but two. One in each hand. Arrived with only one flower. Packaged not opened so no idea what happened with the other flower. Returns not accepted.

    I sincerely apologize the item arrived with only one flower instead of two. It appears the second flower was missed during manufacturing, as we don't add these when packaging. We regret you didn't reach out! If you had contacted us, we would have immediately shipped a replacement item to you, despite our "no returns" policy. We always make exceptions for errors like this. We're sorry for the disappointment.
