Wow!!! you will be heard
If you're on the fence about this, buy it! I bought about 20 wind storm and storm whistles for family members & Friends for their car glove box, boats( they work when submerged and if you're treading , check out some of the videos on YouTube) also for the ladies purses. This is the best deal I've found. They don't take up a lot of room and if you are ever in an emergency situation or need to call attention to yourself or frighten off an attacker or an animal, well , you will definitely be heard. The storm whistle is the loudest in the world and the Windstorm whistle is the second loudest. I purchased some lanyards also to go with them. My boss used them when her kids wouldn't get out of bed, they weren't too happy about it though LOL. I was skeptical about getting them from eBay but these are the real deal. I would recommend them.

Exactly as described, but not for referees! A loud, high pitched sound, great for calling pets.

Very Loud
It's so loud it makes my ears ring unless I cover them but the whistle is light enough I can hold in my mouth with no hands. If I attach it to my keychain it's too heavy though.

I have to plug my own ears when blow this whistle. We live in the country and need extra help in keeping pets safe. I blow it every morning before allowing my cats outside. I am sure would help if lost. Sure would help with rescue
