    Wouldn’t buy again

    The removal tool is not strong enough for loosening a tight glow plug. Because it is cut down one side it splays when pressure is applied to it. I believe the metal used is too soft/weak.

    supply a better removal tool

    the product worked but the removal tool that was supplied didn't work as you tried try unscrew it from the heater it slipped on the head of the glow pin and wasn't man enough to un do it a very poor tool made out of monkey metal!
