    Great seller communication. Vendor was out of stock, but seller push the vendor to drop ship tower quicker. Tower sections are UPS shippable and were packed in heavy duty cardboard triangular box.

    First mount sent was the incorrect one but the seller very quickly corrected the problem. Sent me a return shipping label to return the wrong tower mount and sent a new one. Would buy from again. A+
