    I recommend.

    Have used videos by same instructor previously and needed a new one because first ones were vhs! Anyway I liked her routines. After doing one move you will do an opposing one to offset it. Like how she recommended also doing an alternate activity such as walking a couple times a week. Helps strengthen your body and I felt a good difference after doing the vieos a couple months.
