I’ve used these same lug nuts on custom wheels for my C5 vette. I’m about to install them on the new black custom wheels on the Grand Sport. I strongly recommend hand torquing for 2 reasons. 1: It’s the correct way to mount the wheel and ensure even distribution on the hub and 2: doing it slowly and methodically will reduce the chances of scuffing/scratching the anodized coating on the lug nuts.
