    Shipping was super fast and the keyboard arrived in good condition. Packaging was just an envelope with no protection, so a bit disappointing. The keyboard is mostly new, but the back plate has scratches, and one of the keycaps has a scratch too. Seller description of the item said the item itself would be in “new” condition like a new product, but that was not the case. I don’t mind the scratches because of the price, but I’d appreciate a more truthful description next time.

    Great quality and great sounding soundbar

    Great product, easy set up, packaged excellent, and not a bad price for reconditioned. You wouldn’t know that it wasn’t brand new unless someone told you.

    Not Worth It!

    I bought a refurbished Sonos Arc on eBay from Sonos. The product was defective. It had a popping sound as soon as I took it out of the box. After trying to set it up for 3 hours, I called Sonos, and they said the unit was defective. They sent another refurbished unit, and this one works without any issues. The Sonos setup is a mess, and the app is even messier. Setting up the new unit wasn't easy either. I don't understand why people rate this so highly.
