When the said Item is purchased, he does not provide a tracking number. Finally when a report is made to ebay, he makes offer to the buyer to provide a full refund and free delivery of said items. I might have lost my money on this Item as I have already closed my case and is yet to receive a refund however I do not want any other buyer on the platform to suffering the same faith that I have.
