      The note on the listing says to contact the seller before placing an order. I sent a message and the seller promptly responded stating that I needed to use PayPal for the purchase. I assumed this meant the item was in stock and would be shipped out shortly. After 10 days and no tracking, I filed for a cancellation with eBay but the seller denied it. Now that it's been 3 weeks and still no tracking information, eBay was willing to step in and cancel the order.
