The cardboard for packaging the item is a challenge due to the size and shape of the item. The packaging appears to have been handled with some roughness. I noticed a slight bend/curve on the soft side of the item most likely caused due to shipping. Item is as described which looks great for "used". A great deal for price of item plus shipping.
