I tried to submit a return, but was unable to because I did not know to upload a picture. I contacted the seller after a lot of effort & informed her of the situation. This is the SELLER'S error, not mine. I said I would return it for a full refund. I have requested a return label several times. I asked for a phone # so I could talk to someone from Ebay. Today I was informed that I could not get a refund.
