Although the listing says that the zipper has been replaced, it DID NOT state that the replacement was a generic zipper. Replacement zipper is not shown up close in listing photos, so there was no way of knowing until I received.

    The listing clearly stated the zipper was replaced, and photos — which can be zoomed, as most buyers know — showed the exact zipper installed. The original LV pull tab was included inside the bag and photographed. No branded zipper was claimed or implied for replacement. . As for packaging, we follow standard practice for shipping soft-sided bags, not luxury gift wrapping. Everything was disclosed — it just helps to read and look closely.
