Good for it's intended use
Product is probably good for what it is intended for, like clearing a simple plugged barrel in the field. but will not last long if used for general cleaning. I haven't needed to use it yet. I bought it to carry after my wife had an incident that plugged her barrel, and had to go home to clear it.

Roughly machined. Weak internal structure.
Not well machined. Product threads were so rough made it hard to tighten down and untighten. Rod had far less stiffness to it than a normal cleaning rod. Internal wire broke on my first use of the product after receiving. Not precision made.

The pocket rod!
A great cleaning rod to pack in your pocket. It works great, just unfold it, pull the slack in the cable with the sliding handle and then turn that same handle to the left until the rod is stiff, now it's ready to use.

Handy item to have . Works well. Only one draw back . Wish they would make one that accommodates 32” 410 bore barrels, other than that item is very handy out in the field or at the range when you are in a pickle with a stuck wad or wedge hull .

Innovative gear
great for the range, doesn't take up much room in the range bag. Have needed one of these a few times at the range for stuck bullets, had to stop shooting for the day and go home and remover the stuck bullet. Don't have to now.

The cleaning rod kit is a keeper.
I'm always looking for equipment that is not only useful to have in the field, but packable enough to actually carry it. This cleaning rod fits that criteria. Since the rod breaks down into several segments its not as sturdy as one that doesn't break onto so many segments... but by recognizing that fact... simply use more care.... especially when breaking it down to fit it into its case.
