I'm not sure if the item was already like this before shipping. I had requested item be shipped in a box, which it was not. A box would've prevented this damage. With the ring shank bent like it is, I can't even put the ring on. This item will need repair. It is still a gorgeous item worth keeping. Its lovely & beautiful!
