    This is my SECOND copy! So yes, this is a fabulous book. How many books have you bought then read the first few pages or the first few chapters and said, "Oh, okay, that's helpful" and then you just stopped. You won't do that with this book. I would tell myself, "Oh, I'll just read this chapter before I go to my meeting." And then, I would find myself saying, "I'll just peek at the next chapter" and then I had to force myself to put it down. This book gives practical advice that you can implement tomorrow morning at 8 AM. (No, the book isn't magic. You have to do the work he outlines!) More importantly, after I've implemented what he outlines (in simple, ordinary user-friendly terms) I've gotten better results. I read business books all the time. This is among the best I've ever read. Miller is a genius who conveys his instruction in a simple easy-to-follow manner.
