(I found the envelope to have a funny smell inside, but that wasn't a problem once the coin was removed.)       This is to be a birthday present to the father of one of my dear friends her and her husband this is her father who is from the Philippines, and from what I've heard he misses home, my thought was that maybe this would make him feel more at home, here. The bill was exceptional much better than I expected. So in their descriptions I would say that they are more honest than most. The packaging was very good and the shipping was quick! Their communications was very good.
