    I can't say enough good words to describe this seller. The communications were great and the item described was accurate. The first cooler I received would not cool down. After a lot of pictures and e mails the company decided the unit was faulty. They were great and stood behind their product 100%. They shipped a new cooler to me pretty quickly and I am happy to say this unit works just fine.
