    Excellent sprinkler control with remote makes it so handy

    Perfect for a senior that isn't able to go outside and figure out the controls. The remote is so easy to use to give my plants an extra shot of water on those hot days. Great convenience, works perfectly.

    Know your needed range

    The controller works well, lots of options, and was easy to install, but the wireless remote has a limited range. Our controller is mounter in our horse barn controlling a lawn area in front of the barn and an outdoor riding arena sprinkler array about 75 yards from the barn. The remote only functions up to about 100 feet outside the barn which is too short a distance to be as useful as we had hoped.

    Limited Range and no Strain Relief

    I love the concept of this device and it is constructed well. The first issue is that there is no chord strain relief for the power chord and their is no way to install your own. The chord comes prewired. The hole for the chord is open and an obvious place where spiders and other critters will come in. The system is a 12 station and there is only one strain relief hole for the valve wires. Valve wire cables come in 5 or 7 conductors typically so you will need to install a second hole for a second cable. I bought the system because I was tired of running back and fourth to the sprinkler timer when I am adjusting and tuning up my sprinklers. The system should do that, but the range of the remote control is very short. I might as well just run back to the timer and control them from ...

    Great product with remote control

    I had it installed in 45 min. and it worked great and the added feature of the remote control made it super easy to start the sprinkler whenever I want without going outside in the dark thru the garden and past the bugs.
