The price is right and it looks great. I’ve only had it a couple of days so I can’t judge the quality, but the condition right now is much better than my old original. I just need to keep my puppy away from it. If you have a puppy, get two of these so you don’t lose the use of your device.

Package arrived on time and as described but when trying to use I noticed half of the remote wasn’t working. At first I thought it was the batteries but when I switched them for a brand new pair the it still wasn’t working which lead me to believe it got damaged in shipping. Finally when I contacted the seller for help, he without hesitation sent me a new replacement at no cost. Amazing! And even better, the second one shipped faster than the first! Very happy custmer
