    This seller sent 2 cards to me. They never arrived. He refunded the money on the first card and did not refund the money on the second card. I was forced to use Ebay to get the refund, and I'm still waiting 3 weeks later. It was a $4 card. They were purchased together, shipped together. How can one be lost and not the other? Why force me to wait? Poor service from a poor seller. F-

    In order to protect the buyer and myself, the seller, I have to follow eBay Money Back Guarantee policy rules and regulations. Both cards have been credited to the buyer by this time by ebay. If I just issued a refund I would lose $$ on the cards lost in mail.
