    Both banners arrived with the same exact stains from the shoddy printing. They offered $5 refund for both. I countered $5 for each one and they were too cheap to except. Said they couldn't see the stains in the photos. So I sent the photos again with the obvious stains outlined. Still not good enough for $5 extra bucks. Terrible customer service.

I couldn't see from your photos the defects you claimed so offered you some $$ off but otherwise would like to get the merchandise back and provide you a full refund so you are completely satisfied.     Great product!

    What I expected, information is non-stop. Alexa is great, makes you think you are actually talking to a living person, lol. Speaker could be improved it's scratchy but not a deal breaker.
