Also, the message didn't request anything. A) I believe the quality of the item is appropriate for the price, the metal being thinner than aluminum foil is a huge exaggeration. B) I've sold several of the same item with no other complaints. Had I been contacted before throwing the item away I would have done everything that I could have to make the situation right.

It would’ve been so easy to just place it in a bag and put some paper in the box to protect it.
