    I have been using Dunlop strap locks since 1978...

    Do not bother looking for any other type of strap lock. Dunlop-s install in less than 5 minutes including changing the strap pegs on your guitar, and the install of the hardware on your strap. In 40+ years I have never had a mechanical failure of this system so I have never had a need to try anything else. I think that the BEST feature is the push button release on the strap ends... I have played other guitars (other players choices) with different strap lock systems, and they are ALL "fidigity" to release. The Dunlop is a center push button (ball bearing) release so they come right off just like pushing a door bell button. How hard is that? Easy install. No permanent modifications to anything. Easy release. NO failures. Less expensive than any of there competitors. It is a no ...

    Dunlop strap locks

    I like the dual design due to the bigger flange. Makes more contact on the strap. People complain they stick out a bit but doesn't bother me. Release pressure is 800 lb. Of force so not going anywhere. I have them on all of my 10 electric guitars and these are the first thing I buy when I get a new guitar. Oh did I mention their made by Dunlop. Highly recommended.

    Guitar security

    The strap locks do a good job of holding your guitar onto the straps very securely. They are easy to install and work well with straps that don't have the additional strap locks system on the strap. I put the buttons on all of my guitars.
