Degraded Product
I’ve loved and used Matrix Biolage products for years. I have recently been dyeing my hair, which has dried out the ends. Looked to Hydrosource Balm to help repair but the ends are still brittle and have not absorbed the balm. Had the ends trimmed and treated after each shampoo, with the same result. Biolage Hydrasource makes a big difference in adding moisture to my hair making it more manageable, soft and healthy. I'm letting my hair go grey so have grey roots and highlights to blend it with the blond color. Not a good replacement for their previous Rejuvenating Masque
Matrix recommended the "Hydrasource Conditioning Balm" to me after the company discontinued the excellent, in my opinion, "Age Rejuvenating Intensive Masque" that I had used for years. This product is not a good replacement for my aging, colored hair. It does not leave my hair with the same bounce, nourished look and feel as their old Masque. Also, I must use it sparingly or it weighs down my hair--something that never happened with the old Masque. It seems to be of good quality, but just doesn't give my hair what it needs.
