Good brand and good value if you want Cod Liver Oil without the taste, but does it help health?
I have used this product almost daily since February, 2015, on the recommendation of a fellow cyclist who believed that Cod Liver Oil was making her a stronger cyclist. My mother used to give me a tablespoon of foul-tasting cod liver oil every day as a very young child till I rebelled against it, so I thought I would try it again as an old man'. I currently experienced no benefits but, no bad effects either. I have no issues with the brand. This formulation is odorless and tasteless and pleasant to swallow. I just can't see any reason to take it personally among all my other pills unless a doctor recommends it.
