This Dyson Hair Dryer is a newly designed product that has only been on US market for a few months - there is bound to be issue with the product quality. We worked with this buyer to try to troubleshoot. Since they were still having issue, we offered them to return the item & issues prepaid label. Not sure what else we could have done when the issue with the product quality.
