It comes with a battery pack and a glued mat to attach the charging base to anything, pictures are not taken upside down I actually attached the base vertically to the wall and both batteries can hold it's weight vertically fine since the base is magnetic like the headset. Now I can enjoy countless hours of VR, fast delivery packed in original box with everything in it like brand new just a broken seal, pins on battery and base look like never been used.
