    Well engineered and manufactured Product

    Well-engineered and Manufactured Product, well thought out to provide excellent service and a minimum amount of replacement time, if one of the valve set fails: just unscrew both ends, leaving the rest connected to your sprinkler system, slide in the new Orbit In-line valve, and tighten it back up. Doesn't seem to leak, and documentation states that it can all be hand-tightened - I think I'll use a wrench lightly, however. On installation, it can save hours of time, from old manifold methods of gluing separate valves to screw-ins and gluing down the Manifold (of course, I'm an amateur, a professional would likely do it much faster). Only drawback is it's meant to be installed underground, so you should purchase a Housing (below ground) with a lid to ensure accessibility, making ...

    The use of the manifold saves money. I installed a brass Orbit manual antisiphon valve to the manifold water supply..

    The valves work well , hopefully they survive a long time. I would highly recommend the manifold be installed in a "vault" to protect from sunlight and incidental impact damage. Also use "electrical protective paste" if using wire nuts.

    Much better deal than my local nursery. And I even found it for less elsewhere. I was changing out a triple set and this one is actually a half inch shorter but luckily I had installed a flexible 90° in my system and didn't have much trouble putting this in like some people will. I was searching for three adapters to make each unit a little longer and then I remembered my flexible line.
