This card under $300 is a great value. A GTX 1070ti is definitely a better buy vs the GTX 2070. For the cost of a 2070, you may as well buy a 1080ti which will outperform the 2070 and has more vram. There aren't much more benefits that the average gamer will get by shelling out $200 more for a 1080ti either. If you're a gamer playing at 1080p, this is the best bang for your buck.
