    I5 mins after dropping a oak stick into a bottle of Buffalo Trace white dog mash #1 it started changing colors . Going let sit a month before trying the content of the buffalo trace . Drop another in a bottle of 10 year Eagle Rare Bourbon after 24 hours it change the taste profile . The Eagle rare had more vanilla notes to it . Can not wait to try it after a month to see how much it has changed.
