Clock arrived in pristine condition, packing was exquisite; physical description accurate. I will take it to my clock man to go through the movement to access for needed work, but so far I am very, very impressed and happy with everything. I haven't seen such careful packing in a long time and it was everything seller said when responding to my questions about securing safe passage.

The packaging was very good however Fedex still caused significant damage to the clock. Fortunately the glass dome was not damaged due to the good packing. The clock was separated from the column and a piece of the column was broken off. Other than this damage the clock was as described. Fedex shipping left a lot to be desired even though the box was clearly labeled as fragile.
