It is fine for one or two persons in my opinion. There are many uses with it, be creative.
It takes a bit of trials to get the results you desire. The instructions are for gas cooking and we have electric. One large pancake takes about 6-7 minutes so there is much wait time if more than one person is waiting. Haven't tried a lesser amount of pancake batter for a thinner pancake yet. Too dang small
I was very disappointed the moment I saw this pan. As was was under the assumption that this pan was MUCH bigger. Mostly because I owned a previous Gotham Steel Pan. This pan is so small, one could never cook more than a very small pancake on time, at a time. And that is not how I make pancakes, ever. To add further insult the add says "Satisfaction Guaranteed". But they will only take it back it I pay $14.03 for shipping. When I originally paid $18 for the pan (with shipping price included). So I am forced to either keep something that does not work for me, or send it back and get $4 back, from my initial $18 investment. I can now make edible pancakes.
