Energy suspension 9.6104G Spring Isolators
I installed these on my 1st gen Tacoma. They work fine, but don't fit quite as well as the OEM. They do not have the depressions on top where the top plate mounting studs are, so they deform a little. I guess that is why they are listed as "universal".
