They are not very structured, so the wavy pleating in the picture can only be achieved through meticulous manual arranging. The color is not nearly as vibrant as the picture--think dull terracotta. The set I received was without defect, stain, or damage. The had clearly been removed from the packaging and put back in it, but everything was there. FANTASTIC VALUE.
