Contacted seller and requested that they send one since there was CD no included in the box. Seller responded, " Download the necessary setup apps on the Epsom Website ". Contacted Epson directly by phone and was told by customer support that no CD is included with the product. Well all of their ads state that a setup CD is included in the packaging (box). Finally they said, Yes there is a CD available for over $9.00. Will be going back to HPEpson EcoTank ET-4850 Printer - White - Certified Refurbished (#204650394730)
