What happened was I ordered two value packs of the pads for my dogs. It was the ones that they showed advertised when I got them. They were the wrong ones so I contacted them. I told them I did not want any money back. I just wanted the right pads wash they rejected that so I said I just want the right ones that they advertised I never heard back from them. I have and waited long WHY😢
