I tested functionality, verifying the unit received appears fully functional when connected via the included USB-C directly to a workstation, an M4 Apple Macbook Pro that indicated a Thunderbolt 3 state, and via CAT-6A to a Netgear M4300-96X ProSAFE switch with a Netgear APM408C module for 10 GbE copper connectivity.
