They told me they would refund me my shipping cost. They lied and never paid for my return shipping cost even though I return it using the same shipping method as they did.     Very disappointed.

    Have had a deLonghi grinder for many years. It still works well but the timer has stuck. We decided to get another deLonghi on the strength of that experience. The 'new' grinder is clumsy. The delivery system for the coffee is messier but the main fault is the machine doesn't grind fine enough for our espresso machine. The 'old' grinder is still better.

    Great little grinder!

    This is my first burr grinder. It dials in the grind level you want and the portions you need. I mostly use the 2 & 4 cup portion and the medium setting is perfect for our Ninja coffee brewer.
