      Had an issue with the locomotive not running, even though advertised as NIB. Contacted seller and even thought "no returns" they were willing to work out the situation to my satisfaction. As it turns out, I was able to fix the issue that was causing the problem (minor electrical short, not uncommon for these models). Seller also shipped priority mail, no extra charge.
