    Bad packaging ruined the deal

    I love to cook with Fryin' Magic, and I always seem to have run out of it just as I'm ready to start cooking up some chicken or fish. So, I thought buying in bulk would solve this problem. Well, it does, I'm not going to run out soon. The deal breaker for me is not the quality of the mix but the horrible quality of the packaging. When I opened the big box with the many little boxes of Fyin' Magic inside, all had holes in them, which meant there was coating mix all over the box and my floor now as well. I saved the day by packing each box into a ziploc bag and was relieved that I'd only lost a small bit of mix to the bottom of the big box and my floor. So, I won't be buying this in bulk ever again!!

    i love this product

    hard to find these days...I have used it for years but I mostly bake with it...fill a 9 x 13 pan with skinless boneless chicken and bake at 350 for one hour.....freeze the extra and it heats up like new....I just sprinkle it liberally on top and press in...so good
