    Description said, "brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item," but it's been opened. The ties that held the lizard in place were gone. It was moving around freely in the box. One end of the box had been torn and resealed with packing tape. There are also markings on the rotating limbs, making it look like it's been used. I'd return, but my son saw it before I could put it back in the bag. And $12 for shipping in a flimsy bag? The box was damaged when it arrived.
