The anthology also features the first release of Red Earth outside arcades and is joined by fan favorites Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix and Cyberbots: Full Metal Madness.     Not too wordy but honest

    This collection has plenty to offer especially if you are someone who enjoys these titles from back then. The variety of Darkstalker games is great as it lets me find the differences in each iteration including the Japanese variants. There are games I have not played either which is nice. Small example, when beating Onslaught in MVC with Morrigan, Ryu makes an appearance. He claims that him and Morrigan will fight one more time but instead of fighting in the MVC fashion a Puzzle Fighter game begins between them. I wouldn't have known what game that was if not for this compilation. Anyways, it's a great series of games and I'm sure anyone that enjoys old arcade games will enjoy this one as well due to having someone for everyone.

    Nothing Beyond Nostalgia

    This collection of games includes some fan favorites like the Darkstalkers series and some previously obscure titles like Red Earth ( which never had a console release before now. ) Nostalgia alone will sell this collection but there's nothing beyond that to wow you. If you loved the games and can get it at a good price, then its perfectly okay. But if you're hoping for more than that, look elsewhere to collections like Atari 50 which goes above and beyond a rom dump.
