Negative: The useless tags on the devices; and does not support East Asian characters. My external hd folders are all labeled in Chinese. The lack of support means all of my folder labels appear has squares. So, I can't tell what folder or file is what. So, that is a major problem for me and the reason the products gets a lower rating. However, the seller was great and product can still be good for others.
