      The item was insufficiently packaged for shipping without any padding, and was damaged during transport. It was wrapped in a thin plastic sheet without an actual shipping box, cardboard, bubble wrap, or any other protection. The adhesive tape of the plastic sheet was attached directly to the item, which also damaged it further. The seller responded only partially to inquiries over several weeks and was not able to offer any partial refund for the damage.
