    I do not recommend purchasing fragile items from this seller. The 3 of 4 plates I ordered were shattered. Poor packing. Seller said he would help with any information so that I can file a claim to recover loss. However, I relayed to seller that USPS stated that the seller has to file claim, that a proof of damages form would be sent to me; I would then bring broken items to USPS for their signature and processing. I relayed to seller, but no reply.
